I employed Jan for my quite ambitious plans to convert a detached bungalow by adding a rear extension and forming large 2nd storey.

Jan quickly understood our requirements and brought fundamental design input and management.
Jan managed to secure our planning permission whilst keeping all our original requirements. Which was an amazing achievement due to the numerous obstructions imposed by the planning officer through the application process which was not plane sailing, Jan managed the whole process with a professional, calm persistence and practical approach which was really valuable to us.

Jan originally helped with the design of and obtaining planning permission for our double storey extension back in 2013/14. This was successfully completed in 2016 and we have been enjoying the benefits from this since then. Jan more recently helped with the design and obtaining planning permission for a detached treble garage for the property which is due to be constructed soon. She was always found to be very helpful developing the various designs, and was proactive in delivering the design work within the required timescales, and her knowledge of the planning permission procedures were found to be extremely useful.
